The Lost Pines Team
Anthony Barrientos
Service Operations Manager

Anthony is a lifelong resident of Smithville, Texas. He started his career in the industry in 2005 after completing technical training at the University of Technical Institute of Houston. Through the use of tools and technology, he has always been inspired to help people in their businesses with their equipment. He started growing Lost Pines Fleet & Equipment Solutions in the evenings after working full days as the lead technician at Penske Truck Leasing. He established his business as a legacy to future generations to show that, by building a business that serves the needs of others, anyone can reach their goals.
Anthony is passionate about helping and giving back to the community in hopes that Smithville and the surrounding community can flourish, and future generations want to come back to their hometown and can because they have the means and tools to do it. He currently serves as a board member of the Smithville Workforce Training Center and loves to donate time to other organizations around town when he can such as the Volunteer Smithville Fire Department.
Anthony is married to his wife Cassie and together they have three children. He loves to spend time with his family and friends outdoors either cooking, hunting, or fishing in his spare time.
Brian Chandler
Lead Technician

Brian began working on diesel vehicles as a hobby in his late teens. He primarily worked on his own vehicle along with his close friend's vehicles. Eventually, the hobby turned into a passion, which then manifested into a career, when Brian gained a mechanics helper position at a large excavation company. Brian eventually found his way into the light-duty diesel side of the industry where he focused on Duramax diesel repair and diagnostics. Now working at Lost Pines Fleet & Equipment Solutions, he has gained new knowledge of everything fleet.
Even after being in this industry for almost 15 years, Brian still enjoys learning new techniques to dial in his abilities and also enjoys new challenges. He was born and raised in the San Antonio area and is a native of the Central Texas area and has lived in the Bastrop area since the beginning of 2023. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and hunting, and spending time with close ones.

Although she is very new to the industry, Tylan loves the fast pace of the fleet & equipment world and wishes to grow within her role at LPF&ES! In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her Fiance, family, and friends.
